Delivery

We deliver to addresses across South Africa.
Delivery is free. There is nothing extra to pay for shipping at checkout.
Orders arrive within 7 to 12 days after you place them.
We'll email you when your order is on its way.
If your order hasn't arrived within the delivery window, contact us with your order number and we'll look into it.

All payments go through a secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

Cancellations and returns

Changed your mind? 7-day cooling-off period

Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you may cancel your order without giving a reason, and without penalty, within 7 days after you receive your goods. The only cost to you is the direct cost of sending the goods back to us. We'll refund the full amount you paid within 30 days of your cancellation.

Please send items back in the condition you received them, in their original packaging where possible.

Faulty or damaged items

Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if an item is defective, unsafe or not fit for its purpose, you may return it within six months of delivery, at our risk and expense. You choose whether we repair it, replace it or refund you. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

How to return an item

Contact us with your order number and the reason for the return.
We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.
Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you to your original payment method.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or ECTA.
