7-day cooling-off period (change of mind)
Under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), you may cancel your order without giving a reason, and without penalty, within 7 days after you receive your goods. The only cost to you is the direct cost of returning the goods. We'll refund the full amount you paid within 30 days of your cancellation.
Please send items back in the condition you received them, in their original packaging where possible.
Faulty, unsafe or damaged items
Under section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), if an item is defective, unsafe or not fit for its purpose, you may return it within six months of delivery, at our risk and expense. You choose whether we repair it, replace it or refund you. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

Your rights
